We are with you every step of the way; from booking your big vendors to packing up your personal items at the end of the wedding night. We are your wedding planning besties. Some even say “fairy wedding godmothers.” Our Full Planning investment begins at $8000* and includes; a planning meeting, phone or zoom call every 4-6 weeks, once the planning timeframe begins unlimited site visits to ceremony + reception location to create a logistical plan a mood board to take your favorite visuals and translate them into tangible wedding design for everything from your linens, tabletop elements, stationary and signage. attendance at all design meetings with your florist, stationary designer, rental company, etc. to ensure the wedding design is seamless and every detail is cared for. access to our private preferred vendor list and their preferred rates access to our event planning software, Aisle Planner etiquette guidance ceremony + reception floor plan development and creation detailed timeline creation, vendor contact list and decor setup game plan direction with seating chart development communicating with all vendors to confirm timeline, delivery times, payment requirements, etc. rental item + decor styling management help with rehearsal dinner, bridal luncheon and post-wedding brunch plans guest and wedding party transportation management salon, makeup and spa services help with wedding attire styling for the couple, wedding party members and VIP family help with welcome bag curation and hotel drop-off help with wedding favor curation RSVP tracking (if needed) setup and styling of both purchased and rental items on the wedding day handling final payments and gratuity to vendors on your behalf 1 hour for ceremony rehearsal direction with the religious leader or officiant 12 hours on wedding day (includes one assistant for 150 guests or less. This package is perfect for the couple that wants to be involved, but knows they need an industry professional to guide them along the way. You’ve planned all the big stuff, but you need help pulling it all together and making your vision seamless and polished. Once hired and your big vendors are booked, we step in to help you pull it all together. We review all of your contracts, create your mood board and help you book your florist, select your catering and specialty rentals, and all other elements we need to give you creative design direction. We require that at least four major vendors are booked before we begin; Venue, Catering, Photography/Videography and your DJ or Band. This package is ideal for the client who has booked all vendors, but seeks a trusted ally to create the floor plan, timeline, comb through the hired vendors and ensure everything is seamless as we approach the wedding weekend. Our industry used to call this "day-of" coordination, but really, our work starts up to 60 days before your event. This service is typically secured 9-12 months ahead, but the work begins 2 months before the wedding day. At that point, your planner will schedule a site walkthrough with you, create a floor plan and timeline and ensure all of your vendors are on the same page. By the time we get started, ALL vendors must be booked. As the wedding weekend arrives, we lead the rehearsal with your officiant or religious leader the day before the wedding. On the wedding day, we are usually first ones in, last ones out. We setup your decor, ensure the timeline is being adhered to, serve as the point of contact for all vendors, get you down the aisle, dole out tips and final payments to vendors and pack up at the end of the evening. Our Event Management investment ranges between $3500 - $4500* and begins 60 days before the wedding with ALL vendors being booked.
