Full Planning (10 - 18 months out)

Our full planning services is the soup to nuts of the wedding planning experience. We are here to guide and support you throughout your planning adventure. We spend around 200+ hours with our full-planning clients to make this process personalized and digestible, so you can balance planning your wedding with enjoying your life.
We help you build a team of vendors that fit your vibe and budget, we keep you on track as the months fly by and the result is a seamless, beautiful event with high-touch details.
We are with you every step of the way; from booking your big vendors to packing up your personal items at the end of the wedding night. We are your wedding planning besties. Some even say “fairy wedding godmothers.”
Our Full Planning investment begins at $8000* and includes;
a planning meeting, phone or zoom call every 4-6 weeks, once the planning timeframe begins
unlimited site visits to ceremony + reception location to create a logistical plan
a mood board to take your favorite visuals and translate them into tangible wedding design for everything from your linens, tabletop elements, stationary and signage.
attendance at all design meetings with your florist, stationary designer, rental company, etc. to ensure the wedding design is seamless and every detail is cared for.

etiquette guidance
ceremony + reception floor plan development and creation
detailed timeline creation, vendor contact list and decor setup game plan

Guided Planning with Design (6 - 9 months out)

This package is perfect for the couple that wants to be involved, but knows they need an industry professional to guide them along the way. You’ve planned all the big stuff, but you need help pulling it all together and making your vision seamless and polished.
Once hired and your big vendors are booked, we step in to help you pull it all together. We review all of your contracts, create your mood board and help you book your florist, select your catering and specialty rentals, and all other elements we need to give you creative design direction.
We require that at least four major vendors are booked before we begin; Venue, Catering, Photography/Videography and your DJ or Band.
Our Guided Planning & Design investment ranges from $6000 to $8000*, it begins 6-9 months before the wedding date and includes;
a planning meeting, phone or zoom call every 4-6 weeks, once the planning timeframe begins
2 site visits to ceremony + reception location to create your floor plan and timeline
a mood board to take your favorite visuals and translate them into tangible wedding design for everything from your linens, tabletop elements, stationary and signage (once your planning time begins.)

Event Management (60 days out)

This package is ideal for the client who has booked all vendors, but seeks a trusted ally to create the floor plan, timeline, comb through the hired vendors and ensure everything is seamless as we approach the wedding weekend.
Our industry used to call this "day-of" coordination, but really, our work starts up to 60 days before your event.
This service is typically secured 9-12 months ahead, but the work begins 2 months before the wedding day. At that point, your planner will schedule a site walkthrough with you, create a floor plan and timeline and ensure all of your vendors are on the same page. By the time we get started, ALL vendors must be booked.
As the wedding weekend arrives, we lead the rehearsal with your officiant or religious leader the day before the wedding. On the wedding day, we are usually first ones in, last ones out. We setup your decor, ensure the timeline is being adhered to, serve as the point of contact for all vendors, get you down the aisle, dole out tips and final payments to vendors and pack up at the end of the evening.
Our Event Management investment ranges between $3500 - $4500* and begins 60 days before the wedding with ALL vendors being booked. This package includes;
a planning meeting, phone or zoom call every 4-6 weeks, once the planning timeframe begins
1 site visit to walkthrough the game plan, finalize logistics and create the floor plan + timeline.
